ALUMINIUM HEAT EXCHANGERS
With the advantage of light weigh material, pricing, and the environmentally friendly CAB brazing process, aluminium products rapidly replaced bulky, heavy and costly copper brass products. Alexon Company Limited was established in 1994 to build brazing aluminium products such as Radiators, Oil Coolers (automotive and industrial type), Charge Air Coolers, Heat sinks etc. Alexon, also a certified ISO9001 has served worldwide market for both OEM and aftermarket.

CUPROBRAZE
Although copper brass heat exchangers are significantly replaced by aluminium products, they never stop developing copper brass products. CuproBraze is the next generation of copper brass product. It is brazed together in one shot without using solder, eliminating the content of lead. Lead is a toxic metal that all industries want to get rid of. CuproBraze radiator is much more tolerable than aluminium radiator, especially in area of application where secured righ coolant and water are issues. One shot brazing CuproBraze completed with tanks and connections is a tough and strong product with lighter weight compared with other heavy duty copper brass products. CuproBraze is the answer for high durability, superb efficiency and environmental benefit.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
Radicon is a fully integrated manufacturer of heat exchangers. Their highly skilled and creative engineers design products, tooling and specialty machines with determination to produce consistent superior quality products. They employ the latest design technology in Computer aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM). Their machine shop is fully equipped with update machine tools wich allows them to build their own tooling inhouse. They constantly design and develop new products to cope with the rapid change of technology to satisfy demand of customers.

PRODUCTION
Radicon has engineered manufacturing facilities to accommodate high volume OEM production as well as being responsive adn flexible with low volume aftermarket applications. Their quick tooling change system enables them to build big varieties of products with high productivity, consistent quality and satisfy the just-in-time delivery requirements.

QUALITY/TEST
Today's vehicle owners require maintenance free vehicles with a high degree of reliability. Radicon/Alexon pay great attention at creating trouble free products. Every new model or new design is tested vigorously to qualify various test requirements. The results are verified and corrected before going into production. Every year some products are picked to perform in field test against other competitors. This helps them understand the actual performance of the products under real and extreme conditions (to confirm our test results from simulated conditions in the wind tunnel) and learn how products do against other manufacturers.
